Armastek has concluded its participation in the “Export MBA: From Strategy to Contract” training course conducted by Perm Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The intensive course was attended by the company’s top management and represents a deliberate step in Armastek’s ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
Armastek is not a newcomer to international trade – the company has been actively exporting its products for 15 years. Over this period of time, considerable experience in product delivery has been accumulated, logistical networks and sustainable partnerships have been established. However, the rules of the global market are evolving rapidly, and maintaining a competitive edge requires more than relying on past achievements.
“We joined this program not because we lacked some knowledge, but to evaluate our current business processes against the new economic realities – sanctions pressure, logistical challenges, transactions in national currencies. The Export MBA gave us a fresh, up-to-date perspective on available tools and emerging trends. Ultimately, we have not only reaffirmed our existing expertise but also identified several points requiring adaptation”, commented Igor Mekhonoshin, Chief Executive Officer of Armastek.
Participation in the program is a part of Armastek’s systematic approach to building internal capabilities. The company consistently invests in training employees at every level, operating on the principle that in the industrial sector, a partner’s reliability hinges on two factors: the quality of the product and the competence of the people behind it.
